Please understand that turn around time for custom projects varies. I do have a full time job, a family, and other projects as well. Allow a minimum of two weeks for any custom project – it could be longer depending on the complexity and how many items you want (especially for party decor). Once we discuss the full details of your project, I’ll let you know the full cost and turn around time. I will not start on the project until you approve and pay 50% of the quoted cost. The final 50% will be due upon completion.

I currently only do projects in my local area where I can personally deliver or you can pick up. (unless I’ve told you personally otherwise – then shipping will be added.) In the future I hope to have more options for shipping but right now, this is what I can manage. Thank you for understanding.
